I have spent my life remembering and re-imagining how to most deeply and sensuously connect to the body and the natural world.
My mission is to facilitate connection to soul essence, awakening truth and joy throughout the body.
Body fluency is a skill I have honed through my own healing journey and my many years of working with clients and as a bodyworker.
I combine Energy Medicine, Homeopathy, Qi Gong, Neo-Tantra, Birth Training, and Earth Sciences to weave a new way of relating with our felt experience.

Adolescents
I am deeply committed to being a guide for the journey of growing up. Navigating brain development stages, nourishing the changing physical body, and emotional regulating through energy medicine are all passions of mine. I am here to offer a safe haven as adolescent girls bridge innocence and maturity.
Adults
I am here to help women remember their innate vitality and vibrancy. Through the lens of sexual health and intimacy, I teach practices that revitalize the entire body and bring more pleasure, joy, and play into the experience of healing. Returning the sacred to the erotic opens a more integrated way of relating to our health.
