I am a daughter, student, and steward of the Earth who sings the song of the body.
I have spent my life remembering and re-imagining how to most deeply and sensuously connect to my body and the natural world around me. Body listening and fluency is a skill I have honed through my own healing journey and my many years as a massage therapist and energy worker.
My mission is to facilitate people's connection to their inner healer and to more fully embody their soul essence.
I combine my background in Qi Gong, Tantra, Homeopathy, Bodywork, and Earth Sciences to weave a new way of relating with our felt experience.
